Kathy Wakile has officially sold her four-bedroom home in Wayne, New Jersey, according to NJ.com. Her and her husband Rich listed their home in October for $799,900. They originally purchased the property in 1995.
Sources tell the site that the Wakiles got near the full asking price for their home, and the new owner’s will close in January.
Rich and Kathy have been building their dream home in Franklin Lakes since 2013.
